Q: What are the appropriate ages for entering a moon bounce?
A: The appropriate ages for bouncing are 2-14 years old. Some of the larger slides may not be appropriate for children under the age of 4 years old.

Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: Yes. We serve the people of Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and some locations in Pennsylvania.

Q: Do you deliver and set-up at parks/public recreation areas?
A: Yes, but will require an additional insurance fee.

Q: Will I have to pay an insurance fee to have a moon bounce set at parks?
A: The insurance certificate required by the park services will require you an insurance fee of $125.

Q: How much room do I need?
A: You will approximately need an area of 18’x18’ and a vertical height that can allow at least 15’ of clearance. It depends upon which size of the moon bounce you select. Imagine 2 cars parked side by side in your set area.

Q: How much room do you need to bring the moon bounce in?
A: A standard walk through gate is fine. We’ll bring the unit rolled up and it will be wheeled in on a standard hand truck. If a person can walk through, the moon bounce will be able to go through as well.

Q: Does it need electricity? How much does it use?
A: Yes. We will bring a 50 or 100 foot extension cord with us, so you’ll need an outlet near the setup area. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14¢ of electricity per hour. Your blow dryer uses much, much, more than that! NOTE: All blowers and wiring are safety checked before leaving the warehouse.

Q: What time do you deliver and pickup moon bounces?
A: Most of our rentals are from  9am. to 8 pm. The typical ranges of rental time are 2 or 3 hours to all day (7 or 8 hours). You decide on the specific time you want the moon bounce set up and we’ll be there 30 minutes and 3 hours before the start time. Also, you do not pay for our setup time, all rental periods are jumping time only. Picking up is based on the number of hours you rent for. Special arrangements can be made if you need to leave (example: dinner, or another party) by a certain time, just let us know. For park parties, we run the timing a little tighter. Your order representative will brief you on this if applicable at the time of confirmation.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our office is open from 8 A.M. to 9 P.M. from Sunday to Saturday. Our customer support lines are open continually on the weekend and if you happen to get voicemail, the calls are retrieved hourly. Our curfews for picking up are generally 8 pm.

Q: How far in advance do I need to order?
A: We suggest 3-5 weeks in advance before your scheduled event for our standard moon bounces. However, we generally have inventory available for last minute bookings, but don’t be too picky about style preference. All units are booked on a first come, first serve basis, regardless of payment status.

Q: Do you deliver on holidays?
A: Yes. We deliver on all of the holidays.

Q: Can I order overnight?
A: Yes. The moon bounce must be setup in a backyard or area that is fenced or locked up. The fence used is 4 ft. tall. There will be an additional charge to this service. Moon Bounce Day reserves the right to deny any event of this service. Moon Bounce Day also reserves the right to cancel the overnight portion of any event at any time if we have any reason to believe that our property is at a risk of injury or theft.

Q: Is it cheaper if we pick-up the moon bounces ourselves?
A: No. In fact, Moon Bounce Day does not offer this option. All of our drivers are trained as professional installers and are certified by Moon Bounce Day to be the exclusive installers of our equipment. When the safety of your children is of a concern, it is always best to leave it up to the professional to do the work. In addition to this, the liability insurance that we carry does not permit unauthorized set up or moving of our equipment.

Q: How do I know that you’ll show up?
